What is a Fresh 48 session?
It’s a documentary style session within the first 48 hours of baby’s life in the hospital or where baby is delivered.
These sessions focus on capturing the story. From the setting of the hospital, it’s a session with unscripted moments—such as first snuggles, initial family bonding, feedings, and tiny details of baby.
Some clients decide to use this time for older siblings to meet new baby brother/sister for the first encounter.

These sessions are ideal for capturing the fleeting, emotional, and early moments of a newborn’s life without the pressure of a full, posed photo shoot.
How much does it cost and what does it include?
Fresh 48 Session includes:
– 30-60 minute session time.
I take direction of the baby needs, so it’s always a relaxed– not rushed time.
-35+ Professionally edited high resolution images delivered by digital download in a personal online gallery with printing rights. I never charge for additional images delivered.
-$350
$50 due at time of booking and remaining due the day of the session.
How do you book?
Once you decide on a session, I will send you a link to secure your session using your due date on my schedule. When baby is “on its way” you will reach out and let me know that within the day or next the session will take place. We keep in touch and find the best time for me to come visit you at the hospital to capture the session.
